FAQs

What is the attire?

Welcome Dinner Under the Stars: Boots, coats, and denim for men. Dressy casual for ladies.

Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and Reception: Cocktail attire (boots and nods to New Year’s welcomed!)

Footwear: Walkways throughout the venue include crushed granite, pea gravel, and natural stone, which can be uneven. The reception will be held on a tented lawn (it’s a ranch, so stickers are unfortunately not out of the question). We recommend choosing shoes you’ll feel comfortable walking in — anything from heels to boots to flats.

Should I rent a car?

If you’re flying into Midland or El Paso, you’ll need to rent a car for the 3.5-hour drive to the property. Shuttles will be provided between Marfa and the venue for all hosted events. Visit our Travel & Logistics page for more details.

How do I book my accommodations?

We’ll personally reach out to each guest with booking instructions by October 22nd.

What’s the weather like in December?

Days are generally mild and sunny, while nights can be quite cold and breezy. Average temperatures this time of year are in the upper 50s to low 60s for the highs and evening temps can dip below freezing. Some of the events will take place outside, weather dependent. Please pack warm layers!

Can I bring a plus one?

Given the limited capacity on the property, our guest list is very carefully planned. Invitations are addressed by name, and only those listed are invited. Thank you for understanding!
